Lake Mcconaughy Water Levels on the Rise

Nebraska Public Power District has reported that the water level of Lake Mcconaughy is on the rise. However, the snow melts may not supply enough water to stop the defiect of water due to irrigation. Nebraska Public Power District is a state owned utility that operates the dams and canals.

aftre years of wasting water we can see what it has done to ogallala and many buisnesses around the lake,guess when the lake is dry and area has been deserted someone will make a better conservation plan
